Yes! Whether indirect lighting (ID) is beneficial depends on the room height. In high rooms, indirect lighting is less effective because the reflection of light from the ceiling is rather low. The proportion of indirect light, and therefore the illuminance in the room, varies depending on the mounting height of the light fixtures. In our experience, we have consistently observed positive effects of indirect lighting with ceiling heights of up to 2,8 meters. Ultimately, indirect lighting prevents a cave-like effect and creates a more pleasant atmosphere by illuminating the ceiling.

For our pendant lights, we use anodized aluminum to reliably protect the LED modules from damage, especially when handling sharp or pointed objects. The improved surface protection and low maintenance requirements also help ensure the longevity of our lights.

The canopy contains an adjustable brake (red knob). The brake should be adjusted so that the light can be raised or lowered with minimal effort. The brake itself can be hung from a hook in the ceiling.
