Maximum flexibility & precise illumination
With the flexible gooseneck arm, our lights can be aligned with millimeter precision. Whether for delicate assembly work, testing stations, or CNC machines: they direct the light precisely in the right direction, reduce shadows, and improve visibility. This way, you create optimal working conditions – and increase productivity and precision.
Robust. Resistant. Reliable.
Our flexible-arm lights were specially developed for demanding industrial applications: With protection ratings up to IP67, oil- and coolant-resistant materials, and vibration-proof mountings, they guarantee reliable lighting – even under the toughest conditions. Low-maintenance, durable, and ready for use at any time.
Economical in consumption – strong in performance
Thanks to modern LED technology, our luminaires consume significantly less power than conventional halogen or fluorescent solutions. At the same time, they provide uniform, flicker-free light distribution. Reduce operating costs and benefit from long-lasting performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions about our flexible arm lights.
For which applications are flexible arm lights suitable?
Flexible-arm lights are ideal for manual workstations, test stations, assembly tables, machine tools, and workstations with limited space. They provide targeted light where machines, workpieces, or tools cast shadows—perfect for precise, fine work. They are also frequently used in laboratories or on analysis and testing machines because they provide precise, glare-free illumination.
Which protection class is appropriate for flexible arm lights?
For industrial environments, we recommend flexible arm luminaires with at least IP65 or IP67 protection. These protection ratings ensure that the luminaires are dustproof, protected against water jets, and even temporary submersion. This ensures that flexible arm luminaires remain permanently operational even when exposed to oil, coolants, or heavy use.
What light color and brightness are optimal for flexible arm lights?
For industrial applications, we recommend flexible arm luminaires with light colors between 4000 K (neutral white) and 5000 K (daylight-like). These light colors offer high visual clarity with pleasant brightness. Depending on the location, flexible arm luminaires should provide at least 1000 lumens or more to create optimal lighting conditions without shadows.
Can flexible arm lights be easily retrofitted?
Yes, our flexible arm lights are designed for easy retrofitting. Thanks to various mounting options such as magnetic bases, clamp mounts, or screw-on bases, they can be easily installed on existing machines, workbenches, or test stations.
What is the difference between flexible arm lights and articulated lights?
Flex-arm lights feature a flexible gooseneck that can be adjusted continuously in any direction without a fixed grid. They are particularly suitable for spot lighting in confined spaces, such as during delicate assembly or inspection work.
Articulated luminaires, on the other hand, have defined rotation and tilt axes, allowing for targeted, but more limited, movement. They are primarily used where larger areas need to be evenly illuminated—for example, at wide workbenches or production workstations.
Can flexible arm lights be connected to machine controls?
Many models can be connected directly to machine control systems with a 24 V supply voltage. This allows flexible arm lights to be automatically switched on and off with the machine or controlled via control panels – ideal for seamless integration into existing systems.
