Do the office lights meet the minimum requirements of the DIN standard for office lighting?
The minimum requirements, which the DIN standard prescribes for normal activities in the office or home office, is an illuminance of at least 500 lux and a CRI > 80. Our RMD office lights, be it table lamps or pendant lights, exceed the minimum requirements many times over.
How can the office lights simulate the natural course of daylight?
Thanks to Human Centric Lighting (HCL) technology, artificial light sources can simulate the course of natural daylight. Brightness and light color adjust automatically throughout the day and thus support your biorhythm. State-of-the-art sensor technology also allows our office lights “HEAVN One” and “Pure” to be controlled via an app and to adapt the light even better to individual needs.
What is the lifespan of the office lights?
By installing high-quality and particularly durable LED modules with a service life of more than 50.000 hours, our office lights achieve an average service life of more than 10 years. In the event of an early failure, the luminaire can be easily repaired and does not have to be disposed of immediately. We believe that anyone who buys high-quality products should benefit from them for a long time.
Can the modules of the LED office lights be replaced in the event of a defect?
We want to offer our customers high-quality products with a long service life. Our desk lamps and pendant lamps were therefore designed in such a way that they can be repaired or updated without any problems in the event of a defect.
How long is my office light guaranteed?
The guarantee period of our LED office lights is 24 months after receipt of the goods.
Does the light become tiring for the eyes in the long run?
The individual directions of light can be infinitely adjusted as you wish. To date, the feedback from customers has been exclusively positive.
Does the office light turn off as soon as the sun goes down?
No! While our HEAVN One desk lamp and our new Pure pendant light mimic the natural flow of daylight, you don't have to sit in the dark after sunset. The light initially weakens in the evening and no longer contains any activating wavelengths with a high blue component. Anyone who needs bright light after sunset can always extend the bright light by one hour at the touch of a button or switch to manual light control - similar to a snooze mode.
Can you still work productively when the evening light is weak?
Since the dynamic lighting stabilizes the day-night rhythm and thus promotes the human biorhythm, more productivity is ensured in everyday work. As a rule, the light should always be suitably bright - should the circumstances really require extra bright light in the late evening, the brightness can be individually adjusted to your own needs at any time.
