Lights for model builders should have been specially developed for the requirements of a model workshop. Due to the variety of different versions of articulated, flexible arm and magnifying lamps, the lighting can be deliberately matched to your workbench. For a high level of visual comfort, we at RMD use the latest LED technology and ergonomic design with the aim of meeting the individual requirements of model makers in terms of light and flexibility. When developing our RMD workplace lights, we always ensure that the minimum requirements for lighting in model making workshops are met to the best possible extent, with the aim of creating the conditions for effortless and error-free work.

According to the DIN standard, an illuminance of at least 1500 lux should not be undershot at the model construction work station. However, since high illuminance levels are required when working on small details, we recommend an illuminance level of at least 2800 lux and even in rooms with little daylight 3300 Lux or more.

Flexibility is very important in the model making workshop. We therefore offer a variety of different ways to set up or attach your LED articulated light in the workshop. Depending on the spatial conditions, the lamp can be attached to the side, directly on the workbench or on an opposite wall. This keeps the workplace free and the light does not get in the way. Our lights are designed so that the LED modules can be replaced, so you don't have to throw the light away right away. If your lamp has a defect, contact us by e-mail, telephone or via the contact form on our website and we will take care of it.

We offer a 24-month guarantee for our RMD workplace lights.

The delivery of your lamp usually takes approx. 2-3 working days. Custom-made products and lights that are not currently in stock must first be produced. The delivery will be delayed accordingly (about 1-3 weeks). In addition, due to the current situation, there may unfortunately be additional delivery delays. You are not satisfied with your lamp? In this case, you can withdraw from the purchase contract in compliance with the statutory cancellation period of 14 days. For this we ask you to register your return. After checking your data, you will receive a return slip from us, which you only have to attach to the original packaging and send the package back to us via a GLS shop. The costs for the return via a parcel shop are free of charge.
