Precision lighting for the dental laboratory Densera – custom-made LED pendant lights
At the Densera Lab dental laboratory, precise and uniform illumination of the work areas was just as important as optimal adaptation to the existing room layout. Dental work places the highest demands on light quality, dimensional accuracy, and ergonomics – requirements that were a central part of the planning from the outset and simultaneously reflect the high quality standards of laboratory owner Markus Lenhardt.

Based on the floor plan provided by the client, the work areas were analyzed in detail. The goal was to implement a lighting solution that was precisely tailored to the workstations while simultaneously creating a calm and uncluttered lighting effect in the room. The planning took into account both the room geometry and the positioning of the work surfaces.

Especially in dental laboratories, precise and uniform lighting is crucial for daily work. The technical implementation of the dental lighting system with pendant lights was therefore consistently based on the functional requirements of the dental laboratory. The goal was to create a lighting solution that enables the highest precision in daily dental work while simultaneously ensuring uniform, glare-free light distribution.
Technical implementation
The LED pendant light used in the Densera Lab dental laboratory was specifically designed for high color rendering, sufficient illuminance, and shadow-free illumination. Its linear design, precise alignment of the light's geometry with the floor plan, and accurate positioning above the work surfaces create a calm, clearly structured, and ergonomic lighting effect that optimally supports precise and fatigue-free work.

Thanks to our in-house manufacturing, the pendant lights could be precisely tailored to the specific spatial requirements. Length, light distribution, and mounting position were exactly matched to the dental laboratory's needs.
