Can I test the lights beforehand?
Yes. We'll provide you with a test lamp at your workplace - you'll only be billed if it stays.
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices are net (excluding VAT) - the shop is aimed at business and end customers with payment by invoice.
How long does the delivery take?
Usually 1-2 weeks. The exact time is stated on the respective product page.
Can I order as a private individual?
Yes. The shop is open to both business and end customers - both receive the same advice and service.
What if something breaks down later?
Contact us – in many cases, a single component can be replaced inexpensively instead of replacing the entire light fixture. We keep spare parts in stock for a long time.
