Can the LED modules be replaced in the event of a defect, or does the entire luminaire have to be disposed of?
With RMD lights, the LED modules can be replaced at low cost. Just send us an e-mail or give us a call and we will take care of your request.
How long is my RMD task light guaranteed?
When you buy an RMD workplace light, you get a guarantee period of 24 months.
Do I get a special offer if I order multiple task lights?
Yes! Contact us by phone or via the offer form and we will make you an individual offer.
What level of illumination do I need?
That depends on the visual task. Wherever the smallest parts are processed, there are high visual requirements and therefore also high illuminance levels. For example in dental laboratories, watchmaking workshops, goldsmith work places, model making workshops or in activities such as e.g. B. fly tying or precision work in your own hobby workshop, special lights are needed that meet the high demands.
But even when working from home, the right lighting is a prerequisite for productive work.

How do I clean my lamp?
The light housing of our LED lights is off high-quality anodized aluminum, so our LED lights are generally very durable even with daily use maintenance are. The best way to remove dust and dirt is to use a soft cloth cloth or sponge and clear water, so as not to damage the natural protective layer of aluminum. At stubborn dirt help PH-neutral cleaning agents without Chlorine or special cleaner for anodized aluminum profiles. Whatever you do avoid should be scratchy sponges or chemical detergents, as these attack the surface of the aluminum and can cause discoloration!
