How do I redeem a voucher or coupon?
Vouchers & coupons can be redeemed in the online shop second order step "Payment Details" or on the "cart page” be entered in the "VOUCHER CODE" field provided.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be paid out.
If you have problems redeeming the voucher, please contact our customer service.
My coupon code doesn't work. What can be the reason?
If your coupon code does not work, this can be due to the following reasons:
- The coupon has already been redeemed and the code has been used up.
- The coupon was issued for a specific customer account.
- The coupon is linked to a minimum and/or maximum order value.
- Coupon not applicable to all brands or products.
- The coupon can only be redeemed for shipping to a specific country.
If your coupon code does not work for any other reason, our customer service will be happy to help you. Please have the coupon code ready for this.
You can exchange your order with a coupon code and then use the code again for your new order (e.g. due to a defective item) via our customer service.
How can I pay at RMD Leuchten?

The most convenient payment option, provided you have the right credit rating: you will receive an invoice from RMD lights at the same time as the goods are shipped, which you can then within 14 days have to pay. In the case of a return, you only pay for the products you keep (plus the shipping fee).

We reserve the right not to offer purchase on account in individual cases. There can be several reasons for this, including an increased rate of returns, incorrect or inconsistent personal and invoice data, and a credit check by an external service provider. In this case, please choose one of the other available payment methods for your order.
PAYPAL
PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay money easily, quickly and securely on the Internet. Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. PayPal keeps accessing this data so you don't have to re-enter it every time you make a purchase.
In addition, you have the option of being forwarded directly from your shopping cart via PayPal Express to the online payment service PayPal. It is not necessary to register with us, as you can access your PayPal account directly via the PayPal Express purchase button. After successfully entering your personal data and the desired delivery address at PayPal, confirm your purchase on our purchase completion page.
PayPal and PayPal Express payments arrive in seconds. In this way, RMD can send the goods immediately. Paying with PayPal and PayPal Express is always free.
CREDIT CARD
With us you can easily use the usual credit cards VISA and MasterCard pay if your credit card was officially issued.
Simply select “credit card payment” as the payment option during the ordering process. For the payment process we need the following information:
- credit card company
- card number
- validity
- check digit
Maximum data protection:
It is important to us to make credit card payments in our online shop as secure as possible for you. To do this, we use the current SSL encryption and the PCI security standard, which guarantees confidential handling of your data. In addition, some banks offer another option to protect your credit card data: the 3D Secure procedure.
This requires identification via a password at your bank. After entering your credit card data, you have the option of using the increased security via the 3D Secure process, provided this is supported by your bank.
Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are delivered. Please understand that we cannot currently accept so-called prepaid credit cards.
PREPAYMENT
If you would like to pay in advance, you will receive our bank details together with the order confirmation email. They have 7 calendar days to transfer the invoice amount. Until then, the goods are reserved for you.
Please make sure that you include your order number as reference when making the transfer.
We will send the goods immediately after receipt of payment.

If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to your account.
How can I tell if my order was successfully received?
After receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation directly to the e-mail address you provided. If you have not received this, please also check your spam folder. If you continue to have problems, you can always contact our customer service.
Where can I find my order & invoice number?
You will always find your order number in your confirmation email. It is always a 5-digit number.
Order number and invoice number are not identical. You will also receive your invoice number by e-mail when your invoice is sent. This is always a 4-digit number.
Can I also order by phone or email?
You are also welcome to order from us by telephone or e-mail. Please note, however, that in this case we have to charge a shipping and handling fee of €150 even if the shopping cart value is over €11,90.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my invoice?
If you have a customer account, you can find your invoice in the "My Account" -> "Orders" section.
If you ordered as a guest customer or by express payment method (Amazon Pay, Paypal Express), you will be sent the invoice by email after the purchase is complete. If you have not received an invoice by email, please also check your spam folder before contacting customer service.
I have received a payment reminder/dunning notice.
Please note that invoice amounts for your purchase must be paid no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
If you have already initiated a return, please note that processing can take up to 14 days in individual cases and overlaps are therefore possible.
To ensure that no further fees are incurred, please pay the outstanding invoice amount within the payment period. After receipt of the return, it will be refunded to you.
If more than 14 days have passed since your return and you have still received a payment reminder, please contact our customer service with your invoice and shipment number of the parcel service.
