How does the return process work?
You can return the lamp within 14 days without giving any reason. Any payments already made will be refunded in full to your original payment method upon receipt of the return.
For deliveries within Germany, we cover the return costs. This is how the return works:
Step 1: Complete the return form below to register the return and receive a return label.
Step 2: After reviewing your application, we will send you all the necessary return documents by email.
Step 3: Attach the return label clearly to the box and drop off the package at a GLS parcel shop in Germany within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How is the refund made?
The refund will be made using the payment method you have chosen as soon as we have received the return. After receiving the return, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible. Depending on the chosen payment method, the refund can take up to 14 days. We therefore apologize for any delays.
Note
You can exchange or return items free of charge within 14 days. Since millions of items are destroyed every year because they are returned in poor condition, we ask that you handle the items carefully and return the goods to us in the original packaging.

Please fill out the form below carefully. We will then check this and send you a return slip as a PDF to the e-mail address you provided. All you have to do is stick this onto the packaging and hand the parcel over to a GLS parcel shop.
