How do I file a return?
Please register all returns in advance using our return form. Returns are only possible after prior authorization from us.
Can I simply return the item?
No. Please do not return any goods to us without prior notification of the return. We cannot process unregistered returns.
Who bears the costs of the return shipment?
The buyer bears the costs and risk of return shipping unless there is a justified complaint.
When will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of the goods, we will check them for condition and completeness. A refund or credit note will then be issued.
Is there a return policy for business customers?
Businesses (B2B customers) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are only accepted after prior agreement.
