The family company "Lichttechnik Meier", founded in 2003, develops, produces and sells high-quality workplace lighting under the brand name "RMD". In the beginning, the company focused specifically on the lighting of dental laboratories, dentist's surgeries as well as watchmakers' and goldsmiths' workshops. After many years of experience, we were able to expand to include home office and office applications. We owe where we are now to our always loyal customers and employees.

After his bachelor's degree at the THWS Würzburg Schweinfurt, Markus also successfully completed his master's degree in Digital Transformation Management at the end of 2022. Already during his studies he accompanies the company Lichttechnik Meier in all business areas. As the new managing director, Markus Meier brings a breath of fresh air to the family business and sets new impetus for a successful future. Close contact with his employees, customers and partners is his top priority because he knows very well that they form the foundation of his company.
With his commitment and expertise, the emphatic and at the same time goal-oriented company leader wants to continue the success story of Lichttechnik Meier and make the company a leading provider of innovative and sustainable lighting solutions.
Johanna Scheuring

Johanna successfully completed her bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at the THWS Würzburg Schweinfurt in 2020 and immediately afterwards her master's degree in digital transformation management. Already during her studies she gained valuable experience in the field of online marketing in various well-known companies and expanded her specialist knowledge in numerous further training courses and practical projects. With her motivated and creative nature, as well as a deep understanding of digital channels and new technologies, the company Lichttechnik Meier has been supporting her for two years with an impressive track record on the way to digitization and in the development of a digital marketing and sales strategy.
