Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Portugal, Hungary, Slovenia, Greece, Romania, Poland.

Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries in Germany (Germany):
We deliver to Germany free of charge from €150,00.
Below that, the shipping flat rate is €11,90 net for Germany.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 7-14 days of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.
Have you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common mission, unless we have made no agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Further details for payment
If you are paying by SEPA basic lading or by SEPA company lien, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive an advance notice (pre-notification) at least 5 days before the date of the load receipt. Please note that you are obligated to ensure sufficient coverage of the account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be automatically debited upon conclusion of the contract.
