Where are articulated lights used?
LED articulated lights can be used in a variety of ways. Their big advantage is that they are easy to install and can provide targeted light. This form of direct lighting is deliberately used in activities where higher visual requirements are required. Which articulated light do I need?
This depends largely on the area of application. In principle, however, one can say the brighter the better and if, for example, colors can be easily recognized under the light, then the lamp should definitely have one high color rendering to have ( CRI > 90 better 95). Another feature is the articulated arm. If the lamp is to be adjusted more frequently, a gas pressure spring arm can be used, as this simplifies positioning and is therefore more user-friendly.

When does a pendant light make sense as direct lighting?
Many of our customers use pendant lights because they do not take up space directly on the work surface and create an overall calmer ambience. But there is no right or wrong here. An articulated lamp directly on the table can produce just as good light. It is therefore, on the one hand, a visual question and, of course, also one of the user's preference as to how he or she prefers to work.
How is a pendant light installed?
Depending on the model, our pendant lights can be mounted using a height-adjustable drawbar suspension (50-150cm extension length) or steel cable suspension. Installation is usually done using a 3-pin cable. We can also install a DALI control upon request. You decide!
How is the pendant light operated?
There is no clear answer in today's lighting technology. One controls via APP, the other via their home management system, etc. What we determined here is that a switch always makes sense for direct lighting and is therefore installed in all models. This means the user always has control over when the light should be on or off. Of course, our pendant lights can also be individually adapted to your needs.

The magnification required for magnifying lamps varies depending on the application: 3x to 5x are common in medicine and cosmetics, 3x to 10x in electronics and precision engineering, 5x to 10x in jewelry making, 2x to 5x in crafts and model making, and 5x to 20x in research laboratories , and in the hobby sector usually 2x to 5x. The choice of magnification depends on the level of detail of the work.
