Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about Dealer and private customer account.

If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password, you can Login area via the link "Forgot Password?" request a new password. You will then receive an email in which you will find a link through which you can reset your old password and assign a new password.

In this case, you can simply log in to the “Login Area” and change your address details under the “Addresses” tab in the “My Account” section. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed for orders already in progress.

If you have created an account with us, you also have the option to delete it. Under the "My Account" tab at the bottom of the page, you can delete your account at any time. All associated data will be deleted as a result.

RMD dealers can register via the "Dealer" tab. Once you have submitted your information, we will review it and activate your account. In the dealer area, you can also download current price lists and catalogs. Once activated, you will be able to purchase products under your individual terms and ship them directly to your customers.

Naturally! As a retailer, you will receive adjusted prices from us. Feel free to contact us and give us your company data for further information.

To order as a retailer and receive your individual conditions, please log in to your retailer profile. After successful registration, you can add the desired products to the shopping cart as usual and complete the order in a few steps. Delivery directly to your customer is also possible.
