What do I do if I have login problems?
If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password, you can Login area request a new password via the "Forgot your password?" link. You will then receive an e-mail in which you will find a link with which you can reset your old password and assign a new password.
My address details have changed. Where can I store the new addresses in my account?
In this case, you can easily log in to rmd-leuchten.de and change your address data in the “My Account” area under the “Addresses” tab. Please note that the delivery address can no longer be adjusted for current orders.
How can I delete my customer account?
If you have set up an account with us, you also have the option of deleting it again. Under the rider "My account" you can delete your account at any time at the bottom of the page. At the same time, all stored data will be deleted.
How can I become an RMD dealer?
RMD dealers can register via the tab “dealer” to register. As soon as you have submitted your data, we will take care of checking the data and activating you. In the dealer area you can also find current Pricelists and Catalogues and USB drives download. As soon as you have been activated, you have the option of buying products on your own terms and also sending them directly to your customers.
Do I get different prices as a dealer?
Naturally! As a retailer, you will receive adjusted prices from us. Feel free to contact us and give us your company data for further information.
How does the ordering process work as a dealer customer?
To order as a retailer and receive your individual conditions, please log in to your retailer profile. After successful registration, you can add the desired products to the shopping cart as usual and complete the order in a few steps. Delivery directly to your customer is also possible.
