How long is my guarantee?
When you buy an RMD workplace light, you get a guarantee period of 24 months.
What do I do if my lamp is defective?
Even with us it can happen that an article is defective. If you want to complain about a lamp due to a defect, please fill out our complaint form on the following page. We will then take care of the rest.
How can I return my purchased lamp?
You can return the lamp within 14 days without giving a reason. Payments already made will be refunded in full after receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the payment method you have chosen. To return an item, please fill out the return form on the following page. We will then take care of everything else.
